If you happen to live in NL you are blessed...and in abundance of great food, culture, people and scenery. But, the point of each of these entries is to tell you one thing that I love so I'll pick just one for now.
Have Java. The soup. Amazing.
The coffee is good at this cafe, but I only come for the soup, which always accompanies a ridiculously large slice of homemade bread. The soup changes daily and never, ever disappoints. It is always at the top of my to-do list when I visit home and I usually try and get here twice no matter how short my visit.
I will admit that their new location is not half as cozy as the old one, but as long as the soup is being served I could care less about atmosphere.
