Do yourself a favour and go find Pascale's ice-cream - mainly the salted caramel. You can find it here www.thepiggymarket.com, but also at a few scattered restaurants throughout the city.
First I need to explain that I'm not a big ice-cream lover. It's OK, but I have other sweets that I would choose many times over. Unless my ice-cream has a big warm, soft, chewy brownie floating around it, I would probably pass.
This isn't like ice-cream, it needs a whole other way to describe it.
It's heaven. Just trust me. Go eat it, then thank me later.
